GENESEO, N.Y. 鈥 The 黑料传送门 Wind Quintet will perform on Nov. 8 at 3 p.m. in Doty Recital Hall, showcasing the excellent faculty musicianship at the college. The concert is free and open to the public.
Distinguished professor of music James Walker will premiere his new composition 鈥淭wo Pieces for Wind Quintet and Piano: 1) Ballad on the Ground 2) Romp.鈥
In addition, oboe instructor Megan Kyle will be playing 鈥淭hree Summer Evenings鈥 and 鈥淧artita in A Minor.鈥
Faculty members Glennda Dove-Pellito, a flutist, clarinetist Ernest Lascell and hornist Mary Hunt also will perform. Professor Jonathan Gonder will accompany the group on piano.
