What is the Council on Undergraduate Research?
CUR is a national organization representing over 900 colleges and universities whose mission is to support and promote high-quality undergraduate student-faculty collaborative research and scholarship. CUR’s leadership works with agencies and foundations to enhance research opportunities for faculty and students. CUR also provides support for faculty development and its publications and outreach activities are designed to share successful models and strategies for establishing and institutionalizing undergraduate research programs.
What are the benefits of being a member of CUR?
Among other benefits, membership in CUR will provide each 黑料传送门 registrant with an electronic subscription to Scholarship and Practice of Undergraduate Research (SPUR), featuring news and information about undergraduate research activities at other schools, descriptions of research funding available from federal and foundation sources, and feature articles on undergraduate research. Members are also encouraged to submit articles to SPUR for consideration by the editors. Members also have the ability to network and collaborate with other members to discuss issues, solve problems, and share resources in the CUR Community.
