This experience provides participants with an opportunity to work with leaders across the campus to help you:
- understand yourself as a leader,
- engage in difficult conversations with colleagues,
- lead with mindfulness and focus on diversity, equity and inclusiveness,
- understand higher education hierarchy and mobility working within a complex university system, and
- deliver performance-based feedback to staff members.
The goal of this program is to create an on-going leadership development process that will reach every leader on campus to promote practical leadership skills and to maintain a satisfied workforce.
