CAS Recognition and Awards
Campus Auxiliary Services (CAS) at ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ Earns Distinguished National Recognition for the NACUFS Nutrition and Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards.
The National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) organization recognizes institutions who creatively showcase their special diet offerings and it celebrates exemplary menus, presentations, special event planning, and new dining concepts.
May, 2026
On May 27, 2026, it was announced that Campus Auxiliary Services at ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ received three NACUFS awards among nearly 300 submissions from across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and beyond. CAS earned Gold and Silver awards in the 2026 category for Special Diet Recipe of the Year for Mary Jemison’s Cruciferous Crunch Stir Fry and Red Jacket’s Plant-Based Poke Bowl, as well as a Gold for Residential Special Event of the Year for Letchworth’s World of Flavors: Student Recipe Contest.
Grand Prize winners will be announced on Saturday, July 18, during the in New Orleans, Louisiana.

This year NACUFS announced Campus Auxiliary Services (CAS) as the recipient of two silver awards for the 2024 NACUFS Nutrition category of Special Diet Recipe of the Year (Lentil Tostada with Poblano Corn Salsa; Spicy Black Bean Quinoa Burger with Mango Salsa), and a gold award for the Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards category for Retail Sales: Single Concept of the Year (Kishido).
